What is an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)?

An EIR is an entrepreneur who collaborates with our Venture Studio to develop and launch a startup. Unlike a typical founder, an EIR benefits from our resources, network, and operational support while building their venture.

How does the EIR program work?

Step 1: Apply through our online form
Step 2: If selected, you'll pitch your startup idea (if applicable) or explore venture ideas with us
Step 3: If there's a mutual fit, we co-build the business with you—providing resources, mentorship, and strategic support

Do I need to have my own startup idea to apply?

No. You can apply even if you don’t have a fully developed idea. If you’re a strong entrepreneur with relevant experience, we may pair you with an existing studio venture or co-build a new concept

What type of entrepreneurs are you looking for?

We look for high-potential founders with:
. A strong track record in startups, business, or a specific industry
. The ability to execute, pivot, and lead a company
. Deep expertise in high-growth sectors (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, etc.)

What does this role offer?

The EIR role is not a traditional salaried job but an opportunity to build and launch a venture with us. If selected, EIRs typically receive a monthly compensation package, founding equity, and access to studio funding for the ventureThe EIR role is not a traditional role where you simply receive funding. Instead, it is an opportunity to co-build a venture alongside the studio, actively shaping the business from ideation to launch

What kind of support do EIRs receive?

We provide:

. Access to studio experts, product teams, and advisorsLegal, marketing, and operational support to accelerate venture growth

How long is the EIR program?

The duration varies, typically between 3 to 6 months, depending on the venture's progress

Can I work on the startup part-time?

We prioritize a full-time commitment however we also have open roles for experts or advisors that do not require a full-time commitment

What happens if we do not move forward with the idea?

If you are the right fit for the venture studio, we are open to exploring other opportunities or roles within the venture itself or the studio

What happens after the program?

If the startup gains traction and secures additional investment, you’ll continue as a co-founder/CEO, leading the company independently with our ongoing support
